Pricing

Airsoft.Group provides event management and ticketing services to event organizers. Pricing is based on a percentage of ticket sales, individually negotiated with each organizer depending on the complexity and requirements of the event. The agreed terms are set out in a contract between Paeonia Tech sp. z o.o. and the event organizer.

• Registering participants for events.

• Airsoft Preference: Your configured and saved preferences of Roles, Events and Communications.
• Payment Information: Order details (name, order number, amount). Payment card details are processed exclusively by the payment provider and are never stored by us.

We collect this data directly from you when you register or interact with our website.

Data Storage and Security

Your personal data is stored securely on our servers and is protected using industry-standard security measures, including encryption and access controls. We take every reasonable step to ensure your data is safe from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data Sharing

• Event Organizers: Your name, surname, date of birth, email and phone number are shared with the event organizer for administrative and insurance purposes.
• Payment Provider: Your first name, last name, order number and price are shared with ING Bank Śląski S.A. (imoje) for payment processing.
• Hosting Provider: The website hosting provider processes data as part of providing hosting services, under a data processing agreement.

All third parties are contractually obligated to handle your data securely and in compliance with RODO.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this statement or as required by law. If you no longer wish to participate in airsoft events or use our services, you may request the deletion of your data.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, or as an entrepreneur making purchases related to their business activity but not of a professional nature (within the meaning of Article 7aa of the Polish Consumer Rights Act), you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by email) to:

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for leisure services if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance (e.g. event tickets for a specific date), in accordance with Article 38 point 12 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Ustawa z dnia 30 maja 2014 r. o prawach konsumenta).

Complaints and Claims

If you are not satisfied with the services provided, you have the right to file a complaint. This right applies to consumers as well as entrepreneurs making purchases related to their business activity but not of a professional nature. Complaints can be submitted:

Payment Methods

Payments on airsoft.group are processed through the imoje payment gateway operated by ING Bank Śląski S.A., ul. Sokolska 34, 40-086 Katowice, NIP: 634-013-54-75.

Accepted payment methods include: BLIK, payment cards (Visa, Mastercard), and online bank transfers. Transactions are initiated via payment links generated by our platform. Payment details such as credit card information are processed exclusively by imoje and are never stored or processed by us.

Contract Duration

The contract for services ordered through airsoft.group begins upon signing of the agreement between the event organizer and Paeonia Tech sp. z o.o. and ends four (4) weeks after the date of the event.
