Leader Camp 2025

Leader Camp is a unique airsoft training workshop organized by the HQ Olimp staff team, with the support of Miwo Praszka. The goal of the Camp is to develop both soft and technical skills within the paramilitary community while strengthening the bonds of the airsoft community.

Participation Cost

The fee to participate is 140 PLN (until end of march) and 160 afterwards. There is a limit of 150 participants.

The price includes:
  • coffee break, lunch and a bonfire + water,
  • training organization,
  • field game arrangement,
  • personal accident insurance (NNW) for the entire event.

Important!

The basic ticket price does not include accommodation and dinner. However, the event organizer offers accommodation for an additional fee.

  • tent camping: +35 PLN per person (connection to electricity, sanitation),
  • room accommodation in the resort: +80 PLN per person.
  • Dinner at the ZHP centre restaurant +35 PLN/person.

Event Schedule

The first day combines a workshop format with theoretical and practical training, along with combat scenarios involving vehicles. The session blocks will cover topics such as modern command techniques, radio communication, navigation, and team action planning in the field. Simultaneously, there will be an all-day workshop dedicated to teams with vehicles used in airsoft maneuvers. Together, we’ll:

  • properly configure radios,
  • master apps like Locus and ATAK,
  • plan operations,
  • practice combat scenarios involving vehicles.

All activities will take place in the training center and the surrounding forested areas. In the evening, we’ll gather for a group barbecue to wind down and connect.

Day 2 Sunday 11.05.2025

The field game. Forget about typical scenarios like mines, power plants, or the overused "blue vs. red" dynamic. We’ll design a unique gameplay mechanic enhanced by a storyline. Based on what you learned the day before, you’ll plan and execute your operations. We’ll be there to guide and support you throughout.

  • 07:00 - 14:00 Independent Team Operations: Moving and Completing Tasks at Designated Points. Teams perform scenario-based tasks at points, uncovering the storyline and gathering critical information.
  • Team merging at pre-designated locations, based on prior planning. Coordinating tasks and conducting on-the-spot mission planning based on gathered intelligence.
  • 14:00 - 15:00 Evacuation from the Game Area and Workshop Conclusion
  • 16:00 Event Closing

Mechanics

The field game planned for Day 2 will last up to 9 hours. All tasks will directly relate to the topics and exercises covered during training. The game will be team-based, but cooperation between squads will also be encouraged.
A storyline will connect all tasks into a cohesive narrative. We’ll be right there with you—riding in vehicles, flying drones, coordinating on the radio, and using the latest communication systems. Teamwork with other battlefield elements will be essential for success.

Game Storyline

After years of effort, intelligence has finally cracked the structure of a paramilitary criminal organization called “La Cucaracha”. Operating deep in the borderlands of two insignificant states, their mercenaries and smuggled arms have further destabilized the region's fragile geopolitical situation. Our mission is to strike their main logistics hub with precision. Objectives include:

  • seizing intelligence data,
  • eliminating leadership,
  • Disrupting smuggling routes.

All for the benefit of our power, profits, and influence.
