Probably you have already organized a complete faction as this is not a casual effort. As you know it involves hundreds of small tasks and responsibilities. Here we want to step in and make this whole process as smooth as possible. So you can focus on the strategies, missions and operational planning - the fun part. No copy & pasting from Google Sheets into discord, no formatting issues, no effort to keep track of updates (was someone moved into the squad? Who did the change? Why?), easy setting up of a discord sync, to keep the squads synced with roles on the server. Our platform will focus in the beginning on the discord synchronization and the platoon & squad planing, but we will keep working on this and will listen to your needs. We are happy to get any feedback from you and support you in the process of organizing your faction.
For Free
This website, the server and continious development cost us quite a bit, but we also know that Head-Quarters have usually no profit from organizing an event either. We value your hard work and we thank you for your effort to make these Events a better experience for all players. We will cover all core functionalities for free. Some bonus features might come with a small fee to compensate for the efforts, but don't worry everything what is free now, will stay free.
Manage Squads & Platoons
Get a direct overview from the organizer about all players in your faction and assign them into Squads and Platoons. Give them roles as Squadlead, RTO or Medic. Enable Squadleaders to invite other players or allow players to choose their squad. Easy sharable in discord and no need to have an additional Google Sheet or Excel anymore.

See quickly if a Squad has Night capabilities or how many years of experience they have. See Replica energies and plan the Missions accordingly. See which languages the squads and player speak. See their preferences to understand how to maximize the success of your operations.
Organize all tasks
Managing all tasks for an orga team can be difficult itself. At the same time a lot of tasks repeat from event to event. For all events the squads have to be sorted, frequencies prepared, tents planned and so on. We provide you with a modern project management tool with task owners, timelines and notifications, while at the same time giving you the opportunity to re-use template from previous events.
Communication Center
Want to send a mail to all 300 Players? Or just a quick message to all Squadleads or all RTOs? Our platform will help you to reach everyone not just the ones in discord. We will help you to minimize the overhead and you are able to send messages to discord and to mail at the same time. Automatic translation support for international events or squads.
